* A deposit is required before any work is begun -all deposits are non-refundable.

* Once I have designed your piece of unique handcrafted jewelry , I will color scan it and email it to you for approval or if you do not have email, I will send a color copy of it in the mail.

* Upon your approval and upon completion of your piece, I will again notify you for final payment including shipping and insurance.
